My Daily Walk

Today (oops, I posted it after midnight, so now I'm talking about yesterday) made nine days in a row! And once again I managed to get in two walks. One with Tom after lunch (just shy of 4 km (2.5 miles), and another one by myself after dinner for 6.5 km (4 miles). I think that's about the third day in a row that I've done two walks.

I also did a little bit of upper body work with resistance bands, dumbbells, and a barbell. Nothing heavy, and just went through a few basic exercises (bench press, chest fly, upright row, shoulder fly, and regular and French curls), being careful to isolate my arms and chest, with zero strain on my abs. I'm not sure if this is going to become a regular thing. If so, I need to work out a bit of a routine. But not tonight. I've been going for 18 hours, and it's time for some rest.
