I had a bowl (with a nice big dollop of sour cream) for lunch, and it was great. And now that I've switched over to ProPoints, I'd used up 6 points (out of a daily allowance of 72) for breakfast and lunch. Then I did another 20 minute Wii Fit workout, which means that those two sessions essentially worked off everything I'd eaten up to that point. Now I've had a coffee and a fruit bar (bringing my total to 10), and I'm wondering what the hell else I'm going to eat today to get anywhere near the target. I'm going to help myself get a little closer to the mark (and get some more protein for the day) by cooking up a couple of the sausages we had left over from last night. I got Herb & Garlic, and Cracked Pepper & Worcestershire Sauce from Kurrajong Country Meats at the Farmers Market on Saturday morning, and they're pretty good.
Then I'm going to do a third 20-minute Wii workout, then get started on dinner. After dinner, if it's not raining, I'm going for a walk. All the Wii Fit stuff is okay, but I need to get out of the house.
