Another 10 minutes on the cross-trainer. First 3k in 9:03 (didn't quite manage to beat my personal best, but I got close. 3.3 km in total. After checking my various tracking sites to work out the calories burned, RunKeeper says 228, SparkPeople says 212, CalorieKing says 172, and Weight Watchers says 4 more ProPoints. That averages to 204, and for now I'll just count it as 200.
One thing I noticed is that about 5 minutes into it, I started feeling hungry, and now (11:30 am) I am definitely ready for some lunch. But first I'm going to go have a shower and cool down.
I've drunk another 500 ml (2 cups) of water, for a total of 1.5 so far for the day.
