Friday: Pizza (the kids are having friends over)
Saturday: Mexican/Nachos
Sunday: Stir fry pork w/noodles
Monday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, garlic green beans
Tuesday: Hot Dogs
Wednesday: Spaghetti
Thursday: Leftovers/Karen's Night to Cook
Except for the Saturday Night Nachos, obviously all those meals are for the kids, and I'll be eating a Slow Carb meal. At this point, I don't really see the point of a meal plan, other than making sure that I have some kind of meat defrosted each day. I'm keeping the options pretty limited, and for now it seems to be working okay. The meals aren't particularly exciting, and sometimes even when I'm preparing them I start doubting whether I really want to eat what I'm cooking, but once I sit down and get started, most of the meals are tasty and more-or-less enjoyable.
