The Other White Meat

This is the sort of meals I've been eating for the last two days. Mixed veggies (corn, peas, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli -- I forgot to add in some spinach) mixed with a half a can of lentils, and some protein (in this case, pork). That was a lot of food, and it came in at under 500 cals, which is fine for me.

Breakfast was a couple of fried eggs, and a mix of borlotti (pinto) beans, corn and salsa, and it was a bit over 500 cals. That was around 6:00, and by 9:30 I was getting hungry again, so I had a half a can of lentils, some frozen spinach, and salsa (180 cals). So my daily total so far is just under 1200, and two sessions on the soul-crushing cross-trainer from hell (4 km in 15 minutes and 6.7 km in 25 minutes) gives me a net of just under 500. I should be able to finish out the day with a net of around 1000-1200 cals, and that'll definitely work.
