I had a little snooze on the couch this afternoon, and woke up feeling dopey and sore and very much not in the mood for any more torture on the cross-trainer. But I got up off my ass and put in 10 minutes. Well, 10:15 actually, since that's how long it took to hit 3k. According to CalorieKing, that puts my net cals at about 1500. RunKeeper says 300. Damn, I really hope RunKeeper is right! :)
Oh yeah, note to self. You need to get some new music in your workout playlist.
