After the big pig-out yesterday, I took it pretty easy today. Bacon and a couple of eggs for breakfast (220 calories), without the beans and corn and what-not, and then a Big Ass Salad and a hamburger steak (455 calories)for lunch. Dinner was meat loaf and veggies for me (540 calories), plus some damned fine mashed potatoes for the kids. Then some time around 11, I got hungry again and had a repeat of that breakfast (220 cals). That was 1435 calories all up, minus 975 for an hour on the cross-trainer (all in one session!), for a net of 450 calories.
My morning weigh-in put me at 151.1 kg, over a kilo heavier after my carb-heavy binge. That's nearly half the weight I took off over the course of the week. This really feels like two steps forward, one step back, but I'll stick with it for another couple of weeks to see how it goes. As long as I continue losing weight, getting stronger, and feeling better, I guess I shouldn't knock it.
