Total Loss: 46.8 kg (103.2 lbs)
Last week, I was a bit disappointed at losing "only" 2.5 kg. This week, I was pretty okay with losing 1.2 kg. The difference? Well, for one thing I know that I didn't work as hard this week. Checking out this little spreadsheet I've started (Slow-carb Daily Calorie Log), it's clear that even though the number of calories consumed has dropped a little, the number of calories burned through exercise has halved, so the net cals have doubled.
So there you go. Exercise halved. Weight-loss halved. Seems pretty damned logical to me. If I want to lose the weight faster, I need to exercise more.
But apart from all that, I felt pretty good when I got my number at meeting this week. That's two meetings in a row, and a total of 3.7 kg lost. And yeah, I'm feeling a bit bleh at the moment, but I'm sure it won't last long.
