My weight varied day-to-day from a low of 161.7 kg up to 162.6 kg, then dropped to 161.8 kg and is now past 163.3 kg and climbing. For the last few days, I've been on a real carb binge. White bread. Ice cream. Cookies. Chocolate. It's ridiculous.
Ever since last November, I lose 8 to 10 kg, and then it seems like every time I get close to 160 kg, I go off track and start putting it back on. I need to break this cycle. I need to get past 160 kg.
