When I weighed in on Sunday morning, I was down to 160.7, and I started thinking I might crack that 160 barrier this week. Then Karen helped Tom bake cookies. Hey, I'm a DAD. I HAD to eat one and tell him how awesome it was! Then I cooked the chicken and sausage jambalaya for the kids, and while the plan was that I would then cook a chicken breast and some veggies for myself, I couldn't resist that jambalaya. It was very nice, but there's a price to pay for eating all that white rice. And I paid it. To the tune of nearly a kilo.
Which leaves me at 161. Again. Still trying to get past 160 and moving on to a new goal at 150.
Foodddd...i love food so much, and i miss my favorite now. It has been 9 days since i started water fasting. I slip up last weekend, but I want to stay focused and achieve my goal this week. Great to know that we're on the same journey.
