Weigh-in: 13 November, 2010

Todays weight: 150.7 kg (332.2 lbs)

Change: -1.2 kg (2.6 lbs)

Total loss: -44.8 kg (98.7 lbs)


Another 1.2 kg loss, even though I ate fewer food points and walked a lot more activity points. I really thought I'd lose more. Of course, a 1.2 kg loss is perfectly reasonable, but it's not doing much for the whole 10kg in 5 weeks thing. In three weeks, I've lost 4.8kg. I've got to lose 2.6 kg for each of the next two weeks to achieve that target, and honestly, I don't see it happening. It's definitely not impossible, because I was getting those kinds of numbers back in April and May, and back then I wasn't even walking. But based on the numbers I've been getting lately, I'm really not sure what I can do to drop 6 pounds a week for the next two weeks. 


So I'm kind of bummed, but at the same time I know that dropping 1.2 kilos a week is nothing to be bummed out about. It's just that I set myself up that challenge, and I don't like the idea of not doing it. So maybe that wasn't the best idea, but there's no doubt it has done a lot to motivate me over the last few weeks, after I'd been in a pretty apathetic rut for several months. And that is definitely A Good Thing
