Hot damn, that makes 100 lbs I've lost so far!
And according to the Weight Watchers Online Plan Manager, that's apparently 5 kg that I've lost since the 31st of July. Which shows how off track I've been, because before that I was losing 5 kg every 3 or 4 weeks.
I admit that once again I really thought I'd lose more than I did. Because of the change-over from Points to ProPoints, it's hard to make comparisons with past weeks without doing more math than I've got time for right now, but I've been thinking that my increased activity levels would make more of a difference when I stepped on the scales. Guess not.
In the four weeks since I issued myself with my 10 Kilos in 5 Weeks Challenge, I've lost 5.6 kg. The only way I'm going to lose 4.4 kg in the next week is to amputate a body part. So on one hand, I've failed miserably. On the other, I've lost 5.6 kg in a month, I'm exercising every day, I'm eating more Real Food, and I'm feeling better than I have in years. It's hard to feel like a loser, but I'll give it my best shot next week after weigh-in.
Oh yeah, today's meeting made 5 in a row. I'll have to be sure and skip it next week, because I've never made 6.
