Now all I can do is wait and see what happens at weigh-in tomorrow. I was down to 149.7 kg back at the end of November, then up to 152.2 in mid-January. I'm expecting to be somewhere around 155 tomorrow, and I'm hoping to be back under 150 within a couple of weeks.
I'm thinking about trying something a little different, and doing a 10 or 15 minute workout in the morning before weigh-in.
Update: My pace was definitely slower at the end of the day, but I did another 15 minute (4.3km) workout before bed-time. I've updated the numbers up there to include that workout.
I also just noticed that today is my 1 year Weight Watchers anniversary. A year ago I weighed 195.5 kg ( 431 lbs). Now I weigh somewhere around 155.5 (342 lbs). I'm hoping my official number tomorrow is a little less, but even if it's not, that's still 40 kg (89 lbs) gone. Last month I'd hit that 100 lb loss milestone. I'm ready to hit it again, and this time to keep on going. Damn, now I'm really itching to get a new number tomorrow. I'm really hoping it's under 155.5, but whatever it is, I'll deal with it. And make it smaller next week.
