Weight Loss Data, 2010-2012

I finally took all the daily weigh-in data I've been collecting and put it all together in a Google Docs spreadsheet. I've also added in the data from the weekly weigh-ins I've recorded here. I'm a little bummed that I can't find my Weight Watchers booklet with my weigh-ins from February 2010 to February 2011, but if I find it, I'll go back and add that data in, too.

Still, this shows when I was down to my lowest weight (142.9 kg) back in early March, 2011, and it shows the ups-and-downs since I started trying to lose again in early August, 2011. Those peaks look more dramatic than they really were, because the gains happened when I wasn't taking measurements (or another way to look at it is that I wasn't taking measurements while I was putting on weight).

I guess the important thing is that at nearly two months, this is the longest sustained period of weight-loss I've kept up since I quit Weight Watchers. I've lost 13.7 kg (30.2 lbs) in 64 days, for an average of 0.214 kg (0.47 lbs) per day. So if I can maintain that average, I can be back down to my lowest weight (142.9 kg/315 lbs) in 68 days (7 July). That fits in with my current set of weekly targets, so I'm going to stick with them and see if I can make it. So far, I think I'm off to a pretty good start.
