No, I Want to LOSE Weight, Thanks.

I did the third Wii workout, giving me an hour in total. Plus 15 minutes doing a little work on my arms and chest with the barbell. And an hour-long walk after dinner.

On the down-side, I figured out that the Weight Watchers online Plan Manager thought I was trying to maintain, yes MAINTAIN, my weight at 155 kg (341 lbs), which is why I've had an allocation of 34 Points for so long, which converted to 77 ProPoints. Now that I've set the damned thing straight and it understands that I'm still trying to lose weight, my Daily Target is 66, with an additional Weekly Allowance of 49.

So today, I used 57 ProPoints, and earned an additional 20 Activity ProPoints. It'll be interesting to see how this new system works out, because I'm thinking that 66 PP (daily allowance) + 7 PP (from the weekly allowance) + 10 PP (from an hour of Wii Fit, walking, etc.) = 83 PP per day. And that's not considering that I use more than a single day's share from the weekly allowance.

What can I eat for 83 ProPoints? A Quarter Pounder would set me back 15. A small fries, 7. And a medium Coke, 4. That's 26 ProPoints for a meal from Mickie D's. Change the Coke to a Diet Coke or Coke Zero, and up the fries to a medium (I'm guessing 10-12 ProPoints), and I'm still on target for the day. I could eat it 3 times a day and still be on target. That seems a bit fucked.

Not that I'm planning on eating RonnaMadonna's for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I'm just saying.
