Back on Track and Feeling Better Already

It's amazing how much better it feels (physically and emotionally) to get back on track. I ate pretty well yesterday (oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast, a burger (home-cooked) for lunch, and fish, roasted potatoes and a massive salad for dinner), went for an hour-long walk, and I'm feeling good.

More of the same today (oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast, leftover fish for lunch, and I'll have Slow and Hearty Soup for dinner) and I'm going to stop and post this now because it's time to go for a walk.
