Meal Plan: 11 - 17 May

Friday: Hamburgers & Chips (Chicken breast & salad)
Saturday: Nachos (Steak and salad)
Sunday: Sausages, Mac and Cheese, Mixed veggies (chorizo, eggs, mixed veggies)
Monday: Chicken and Chorizo Casserole (chicken, chorizo, mixed veggies)
Tuesday: Cheeseburger soup, Herb Bread (chili)
Wednesday: Spaghetti, Garlic Bread (spaghetti, green beans)
Thursday: Tuna Casserole (spaghetti, green beans)

I'm keeping it pretty basic this week, and trying to work some veggies in every day. In fact, my fridge is full of 'em right now, and in addition to the salads and mixed veggies I'm going to be having with dinner, I'm going to do a big veggie soup to eat with lunch and/or as a snack.

Sweet potato, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, pumpkin, spinach, cabbage, celery, onions, capsicum (bell pepper), red chillis and tomatoes will all go in the pot, then I'll puree it all with a stick blender. Hopefully, it'll be awesome. Or at least tasty enough to eat a bowl or two every day.
