Meal Plan: 4 - 10 May

Friday: Burgers & Chips
Saturday: Enchilada Casserole
Sunday: Jambalaya
Monday: Fish & Risoni Stew
Tuesday: Chili Mac
Wednesday: Spaghetti & Garlic Bread
Thursday: Minestrone Soup

 The enchilada casserole and the jambalaya were both great-tasting, enjoyable meals, but not good in terms of carbs, and I paid for it by stalling all weekend. So on Monday, I skipped the fish and risoni stew and had chicken and green beans, and had chili without the mac on Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday will be spaghetti (with a low-carb pasta substitute) and green beans, and hopefully I'll get over my stall and drop some weight.
