My goal weights for the next six weeks:
11 June - 148.3 kg (Done!)
18 June - 146.7 kg
25 June - 145.0 kg
2 July - 143.4 kg
9 July - 141.7 kg
16 July - 140.0 kg
140 kg will be lower than my lowest weight when I was in Weight Watchers, back in March of last year. That's going to feel good!
