I made it to meeting 3 weeks in a row! That's the first time I've done that since mid-May. There's absolutely nothing wrong with losing over a half a kilo, but I guess I thought it might be more. Looking back at my food tracker, I'm not entirely sure why. Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday I had a lot of points left over, but other days I didn't, and last night a homemade cheeseburger put me over my point limit for the day. I haven't got for a walk at all this week, and even around the house, I've mostly been sitting on my ass. And to be honest, I don't think my points tracking is all that accurate these days.
Not only I am getting a bit sloppy (not including small amounts of food that I'm eating throughout the day, not weighing portions, etc.), but to some extent it's easier to track processed foods rather than real foods. But that just means I'm going to have to work a bit harder at it, and to leave a point or two as spares to make up for any miscalculations.
Having said all that, it's going to be hard to work out my points for dinner tonight. James and I are going to the Hog's Breath Cafe for James' Special Night Out With Dad, and we're going to be BAD! Cheesy garlic and herb bread to share as a starter, then I'm either getting baby back ribs, or the prime rib steak, James is getting a rib and steak combo, and then for dessert James is ordering a Hoggie's Rocky Road Sundae, which consists of 8 scoops of ice cream (4 vanilla, 4 strawberry) on top of a slab of chocolate mud cake, with chocolate fudge sauce, marshmallows, strawberry topping, whipped cream and coconut on top. It's going to be eeeeevil!
