Getting Back on Track

I started getting back on track today.

I had a Green Smoothie for breakfast.
I had Clean Out the Fridge Soup for lunch.
I had Curry Chicken and Tomato Pilaf for dinner.
I went for a half hour walk.
I drank two beers.
I downloaded the new Weight Watchers App, which makes it easier to track throughout the day.
I used 46 out of 65 ProPoints for today.

I feel better already.
