Dinner (meat loaf, mashed potatoes, and mixed veggies) came in at just shy of 800 cals (according to Calorie King; I couldn't be bothered checking it with three different trackers), and a coffee is 50, so my net cals for today is 1570 (out of 2000). That's 2340 cals going in, minus 775 burned on the cross-trainer.
Thanks to the pasta, the ice cream, and the mashed potatoes, I totally blew out my carbs. One thing I noticed is that my energy levels really nose-dived after lunch. That's not particularly unusual, but given that I was feeling pretty lively up until then, it was a little surprising.
Now, just a little after 11pm, I'm pretty buggered and ready for bed. My body feels like it's had a pretty solid workout, and a good night's sleep is going to feel great.
